Kavod Body Building is a blend of the Old Classic Body Building Lifts with some new blood added in there. This program isolates muscle groups differently day by day and week by week. It will keep you excited and help prevent plateau’s.

Salute The Glutes

Salute the Glutes is a lower body focused training program designed to grow your glutes, make you stronger, and eliminate back pain. This program is for beginners all the way to experienced lifters and will leave your booty burnin’ regardless of your current fitness level. If your goals are to have a big butt, be strong, and pain free, then this program is for you! 

-3x/Week

-30-40min sessions

-Demonstrational videos 

-Clear sets, reps and rest periods

-Done with equipment available at most gyms

Kavod Olympic Weightlifting

Kavod Olympic Weightlifting is exactly what you’d think, but better!! Whether you’re just starting off in the sport of Weightlifting, or have been doing it for years this program is for you. This program is designed to fix every aspect of your Olympic Weighting Technique while giving you the much need volume to add lbs, or kilo’s to your total.

- 5x/week

- 60-80 minute sessions

- 2 full rest days 

- Includes accessory work complimentary to the sport of weightlifting

- Access to Kavod’s last 4 years of programming for Kavod’s own Barbell Club
